Commerce Energy was acquired by Just Energy in 2009 and was re-branded as Just Energy in 2017. Re-branding did not affect the status of customer contracts with Commerce Energy and the energy supplier provides electricity and natural gas to more than 2 million residential and commercial customers. The Just Energy family also includes Tara Energy and Amigo Energy. The company’s size and infrastructure allow it to provide the highest-quality energy at the most competitive rates.
